Can I order a product that is no longer on your website?

If you want to order something that is not (anymore) on our website, we recommend contacting us by e-mail.

Will I receive an email when the order has been placed?

You will immediately receive an order confirmation. If the order has been paid immediately, you will also receive the invoice.

Can I place an order via email?

If you have any questions during the ordering process, you can always send an email. We will then contact you as soon as possible to assist you further.

How to place an order?

Place the product of your choice in the shopping cart by clicking on the "shopping cart button".

Then click on "complete order" to proceed to payment. Enter your details and go through the steps. Only when you press the "Confirm order" button is your order final.

How and why create an account

To place an order, it is best to first create an account.

Benefits of an account:

  • you do not have to enter your details again for subsequent orders
  • you can always consult or download your orders and invoices
  • you can place a previous order again with a few simple clicks

You will receive an order confirmation and, depending on your payment method, a payment confirmation.

An invoice is always drawn up, regardless of company or private individual.

Is the order delivered equally quickly with every payment option?

  • Orders paid by credit or debit card are processed immediately.
  • Orders paid by bank transfer will be processed after the amount appears in the account. Please note that a transfer generally takes approximately 2 to 3 working days. If you want faster delivery, we advise you to choose a different payment method.

Is my payment safe?

We work together with Ogone for payments. This way we can guarantee that all payments are smooth and extremely secure. We use the best and safest technology currently available to make your transactions as safe as possible. All your personal information and that of your credit card are encrypted via secure server software (SSL) to ensure maximum security. This way you are protected against online fraud. Your credit card number will not be communicated to us at any time.

What payment methods are possible?

If you choose to pay by credit card, we ask you to enter the following information:

  • Once you have entered this information, click on the "Submit" button and your order will be submitted to our system. You will see a confirmation of your order on our website and receive an email confirming your order.
  • Only the bank has access to your credit card details. During the transaction, docdata checks your card number, the verification code and your address. We will then receive an electronic message from Ogone whether the order can be processed. If this is the case, we receive the following data:

  • BANCONTACT/MISTER CASH
    • With Bancontact/Mister Cash you can pay for your online purchase reliably, safely and easily.
      You pay in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank.
  • MAESTRO
    • If your bank card has the Maestro logo, you can also pay safely and easily with Maestro! You will then not be redirected to your bank's payment module; instead, the transaction will be handled directly by Mastercard, to which Maestro is linked. However, your bank will have to authorize the transaction. Therefore, you will have to enter your account number, card number, expiry date and a unique code. This is generated by your bank card reader
  • TRANSFER
    • If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive payment instructions by email. Once we have received payment, which can take up to 3 working days, we will send your package.
    • Important
      When transferring the amount, we ask you to state the payment reference in the description. You can find this payment reference in your confirmation email. If the payment reference is not copied or is copied incorrectly, your payment cannot be processed

What is the delivery time?

  • Your order will be delivered within one week, unless you let us know that delivery should be made at a later time.
  • Shipping will only take place after receipt of payment.

When can I expect my order?

Bpost will deliver your package to your home within 3 working days.

What are the shipping costs for my order?

  • For shipments within Belgium you pay shipping costs if your order is less than €200.
  • Shipping costs are always charged for foreign shipments.

Delivery can be made at home or at a company

During the ordering process, you can provide us with a different delivery address when entering your personal information. If you have chosen a different delivery address, an invoice will be sent to the delivery address. The price is stated here. The invoice will also be sent to the email address provided.

Can I pick up my order myself?

You can also pick up your order if you wish. Send an email or a WhatsApp message and the goods will be ready for you.

Can the goods be delivered abroad?

You can order from abroad. The necessary shipping costs will be charged for this.

Return order?

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. During this period you can return the order unused, unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging. (see 14 day cooling off period)
  • If your purchase is damaged or incomplete, we request that you contact us within 7 days.

Costs associated with returns?

  • If your purchase is damaged or incomplete, we will be happy to help you resolve this free of charge.
  • If you decide to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receipt, all you have to do is contact us for further processing free of charge. Returns are at your own expense.

  4. We will exchange it or refund the purchase price within 10 days.

The warranty period?

You get a 1-year warranty.
